Where I can contact for top priority issues ?

How much time it takes to dispatch a Product?

Usually Orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 working hours. Delays can happen due to delays in Pickup from courier side or temporary unavailability of product which gets generally fulfilled in 2 - 3 Business Days.

From where we can Claim Warranty of our Products ?

You can claim Warranty of Products from Brand's Official Service Center or Brand's Official RMA Portal whichever is applicable for that brand. 

If you are unable to find a offline Service Center then let us know we will help you to get the Offline Location for the Service Center (if it exists)

From Where I can find Invoices for my Order?

Usually Physical Invoices are sent with our Orders and on Mail you can get soft copy of the Invoice. If you are unable to find Invoice just contact us on WhatsApp we will send it to you. 

Will you restock items indicated as “Out of Stock” ?

Yes, Out of Stock Status are Temporary in most of Cases untill the Product has been discontinued from Manufacturers Side. 

You can contact us for any "Out of Stock" items so we can get back in stock for you on top priority.
